Email center - recent quote (admin created) not working

Hello
I activated this automatic email and created a lead last friday and i did not receive the automatic email.
Lead: https://rental.software/account/#/leads/11552547/customer.
I created this lead for me as a customer. I received the quote. openned it but did not do any action. From what i understand, i should have receive an automatic email the following day

If you view the Log inside this lead, you will see an email attempted to go out. It looks like emails have been unsubscribed in your "Customer Profile".

No. Unsubscribe would need to be unchecked somewhere or the customer would have to unsubscribe.
