Today it shows in the log that it was sent out at 5.02am however the time frame is 2 hours before.
Next issue is its 5:45am and nobody on the crew got the text even though it shows in the log.
Can you look into this

If it's in the log, we sent it. So it must have been blocked by verizon. Try sending an email to theirnumber@vzwpix.com. You can also try theirnumber@vtext.com. Let me know which if any go through. Maybe verizon changed their email address.
