I have several customers today not realizing that they booked online . There has got to be some way to send a email to the customer after they book online to let them know the order was booked by them.


We get an email when they book so is possible to email / notify the customer as well??

We do not have an automatic confirmation email at this time that goes to the customer when they take the necessary steps to make an event "Confirmed." This information displays on the page directly to the customer when they take those steps.


There is a "Customer - Event Reminder" email that goes out x number of days before the event though.

I've noted a request for an "Event Confirmation" email however we still recommend collecting a deposit from clients to express some level of commitment on the customer's part. An email to the customer directly after taking an action (signing the contract) when it already displays to them their event is confirmed, is only going to encourage the customer to click "unsubscribe" so that they don't recieve more emails from you, which would prevent them from getting any email reminders about the event they just confirmed.
