Having trouble with some formatting on Quote Request Page

Hi IO,

I'm just trying to add a custom question on my quote request page under Event Information called Party Theme.

I want to line up the words under "Event Name" but can't do it without messing up the whole form.

I would also like to make this a "non required" field but it keeps coming up as required.

Would you be able to fix this for me?
