Yes. Just go to Settings->Payment Options and turn on one of the credit card payment methods. Then, ensure that in Settings->Online Quoting its says "online booking allowed: no." This will only let the customer request a contract. It will stay in the quote status, but flag it as "Send Contract." You will have to manually move it to the "Contracted" status and email them a link to the contract.

thanks for this info, after exploring the pay online option Ive decided not to use the pay online option. I therefore may need some custom work on our contract page since step two confuses our customers because they cannot pay online and so i would like the following added
1) Sign Contract Complete
2) Make Payment Deposit Balance(add) call 773-3333 to arrange visa, e-transfer deposit/payments.Required Deposit: $152.00Entire Balance: $760.00Other Amount$ Payment method:
Check Cash add : e transfer visa
Cash will be due on delivery.Print a copy of the contract for your records.
Print Receipt

I will say just from experience we see an 80% pre pay rate since we take online payments.
What are your concerns?
