Every rental needs to be in a price category, even "quick-add" line item. But you wouldn't want all this cluttering up your price categories, so we add them as "inactive" prices. If you go to settings->item prices, there is a dropdown that allows you to see inactive prices. You probably have an item in there that is named the same.

Correct. The issue I'm having is I can't figure out how to make that inactive price active.

Inactive price = it's assigned to an inactive item. It doesn't appear in the drop down. You have to activate the item to see it. If you can't find the item I can look it up for you.
Not used prices = not assigned to an item and should be in the drop down.
