Go to Settings->Pages and edit the one called Receipt.

Thanks Guys, How would i re-design to have as a invoice which show as paid. Need this my accountant.

Are you just trying to get the word "paid" to show up somewhere if the balance due is $0.00? Where would you like it displayed? You would need to add in the following text into the template:

%isBalancePaid~Paid~%

The notation here is %isBalancePaid~[if the balance is paid, output this]~[Else, if the balance is NOT paid, output this, which may be nothing at all]%
