Hi,

I'm trying to figure out why the items for lead #1300934 are not making it to the print page of my vehicle packing list for Saturday 3/12/2016

Any ideas?

This lead is not scheduled for any particular vehicle yet. In order to print a vehicle packing list, it must be assigned to a vehicle.

I added van 1 but it looks like the system removed it.

Why does it think van 1 is busy ...if it's not?

Also, if it's under Van 1 column in the delivery timeline then why would it not show that job in the vehicle packing list regardless of vehicle assignment?

(unrelated I may want to move a job into a differnt vehilce at the deliver time line before i print the vehilce packing lists.

I'm not sure if you're saving it properly. I still don't see this lead scheduled for any vehicle.

I can't add Van 1 to this shift because the system things it's busy. But as far as I can see...it's not

If you look at 3/12 on the Delivery tab, you can see the shift that this would conflict with. You're trying to schedule that truck from 2pm-9pm. When it's scheduled (improperly) for "elmo #3" at 5pm.

I see.the shift window was the entire duration of the event. I just needed to schedule the vehicle for the delivery window. Is there a way to automatically populate the end time of each shift only for deliveries? (travel time and event setup)?

Also how can I "link" an employee to a vehcile. in other works that empolyee is the only one that drives that vehicle.
