Inventory page is not saving new rental item

Trying to save a new rental item under inventory. When clicking save, I get an exclamation point, and then am not able to do anything else. It's not saving to my inventory.

I was able to save a "test item". Did you scroll through the page and see if you are missing something? Did you choose a category?
