Staffing not correct

I have lead 1296860 that I entered and the staffing says 0 and should be 2
this quote was entered online by the client and today they called to confirm.
Why did the staff count not take?

In the log it shows this was originally a drop-off event and changed to a staffed event later.

yes the client put it in as drop off online
i changed it to staffed.
