Is there a way to use the packing list template to create a list?
Example
I want to print a one or two page list of leads/invoices etc for a specific date or date period.
I understand to go to leads, pick the date range and then the list choice.

If you just need a list then you probably want to use a custom report. After you filter your leads click Customize Report at the bottom to create a new report and specify what details you want to see.

No i don't need just a list.
I need it to show event information like date, times, location, rental items. similar to my Event information sheet on my work packet, but just that first page..
I know I can have it print this information over and over on single pages, i was just looking for a way to get it to print and repeat until it runs our of data for the specified date range.

You can add all those details you mentioned on a customized lead report. But if you want you can also do it by creating a new Packing list template. It will print each event on it's own page when using a packing list, but we added a button last release that you can use to remove page breaks so it will print multiple events on the same page.
