Admin webpage does not return when a lot of items are in a quote

I have ran into this a few times in the last few weeks. I have several quotes that have 10 or more items. When I hit save or update the page does not update inside the admin page. If I hit refresh or go to Leads I will see the correct lead.

That is one example where the page did not return or appear to save.

It was a bug on our end caused by the coupon's you had setup
