Duplicate entries on custom report

Hello, I am seeing alot of duplicate lines on my custom report "Full Transactions". Did I set this up wrong? Am just trying to put together a list of all transactions in a given time period.

If you just want payments, don't use the Rentals Taxable column. That is creating a line for each rental of each lead.
