Deposit is not calculating

Sorry I told you incorrectly. In your case the deposit was being overriden by the customer type which you have set to $0 for commercial customers.

Deposits work as follows with the higher one taking precedence over the lower ones:
- contract tab of the lead
- custom deposit on a rental item (this one only increases the deposit amount)
- amount set on customer type
- amount set on payment options

Both of those items have a 0% custom deposit set on them. A custom deposit set on a rental item overrides the default deposits. Go to the item, click the advanced tab, hit edit and you'll see there is a 0% for each item. Clear the 0 and save it.
