Duplicate IO product blocks keep returning after WordPress sync

Account: InflateaPearl Oasis Experience (Lat’a / Latay23)

Problem: IO-synced WordPress product pages are repeatedly rendering duplicate IO-generated product/booking blocks after earlier cleanup.

Customer-facing symptom: the same full product section is displayed more than once on a single page, including repeated product details and booking controls. This disrupts the customer journey and creates duplicate-content/SEO risk.

What we have already done: we removed duplicate source/rendered blocks where identified and preserved one current IO-owned product block. We did not use Elementor to edit the generated product section. The problem has returned after IO synchronization.

Please investigate the IO WordPress sync/template process and repair the root cause so each product or category sync generates only one current IO-owned block. Please check for duplicate integration records, generated shortcode/template output, or sync data associated with this account. Do not change prices, products, inventory, options, or customer records while investigating. If a broad change is required, please explain it before applying it.

Please confirm the cause, the repair performed, and how we can verify that future syncs will not recreate the duplicate blocks.
