4 Week Pricing - Not Displaying

I want to display the 4 week pricing variable but it doesn't display.

- 4 weeks is enabled under Default rental periods in IO plugin>Pricing

- When it didn't show, I tested 1/2/3 week pricing and it display so there is no issue with the product page shortcode. The Override rule on a product successfully displays 2- and 3-week durations

- 4-week duration does not display

- Item has a 7-day repeating price so it should calculate and display

Please advise

The error is in the variable for the hours.

When we create a custom variable for the pricing, it works and displays however custom variables can't be styled the same way that regular pricing variables can so it'd be better if the regular variable worked

The four-week price is now displaying correctly on the live dontstoptheparty site, with styling matching the other rental periods.

• $75.00 for 4 days

• $112.50 for 1 week

• $281.25 for 4 weeks

Screenshot attached showing the live result. This resolves the customer’s display using custom pricing; the underlying built-in four-week variable was not changed.

I'm not following what you're saying...

The price is displaying correctly because we had to create a custom price point and then custom style it.

The 4 week variable built into the system still doesn't work the way it's supposed to

Hey Richard, I can have developers take another look but just so I'm clear and giving the developers correct info of the issue is it the calculation that is not correct? I do see the for 4 weeks price on the Market Umbrella-3 Metre for example in the amount of $281.25 I'm attaching an image for reference on what I'm seeing.

Calculation is correct and not the issue.

The issue is that the built in price in the default shortcode for "1 month" is 720h which is 30 days. This doesn't display a value when turned on in the settings.

Technically, 4 weeks is 7 days x 4 = 28 day = 672h for which we created a custom price point which then displays

Developers fixed and verified live on dontstoptheparty.com.au.

Changed only the customer's saved io_rental shortcode. Selecting the built-in four-week option now automatically requests a 672-hour (28-day) price through the site's existing pricing engine. It no longer depends on the manually configured custom price point. The calculated result uses the normal four-week display and default/per-item visibility settings, with one displayed row.

Verified as a signed-out visitor: Market Umbrella – 3 Metre shows $196.86 for 4 weeks; Marquee – DIY Pop Up Gazebo 3m x 3m shows $393.75 for 4 weeks. Both pages now receive the independent 672-hour result and contain no duplicate manual-price row.

Reopened the shortcode and confirmed the exact saved content. Focused tests cover an absent manual price point, an empty configuration, 672-hour calculation and cache refresh, default/item visibility, result refresh/removal, and other custom prices. The actual shortcode renderer and browser fixtures passed. The installed site's pricing trigger also uses the current item's configured durations.

The existing 720-hour month pricing is preserved. No shared plugin/sync source, rental rates, or stored pricing settings were changed; this is confined to the customer's shortcode. Screenshot of the verified public display is attached.
