Many links not working on website

I am not sure whether other categories are affected, but our Stage category is having issues. Either it says 404 or "Are you lost" and I am not sure why there is an arrow on some of the items. I attached a screenshot.

Here's the issue...the first items listed here have the second items listed as accessories. Then the 3rd items are listed AGAIN as accessories to the second listed items. This is creating an accessory loop and won't display correctly on the site

I am not sure what to do cause many of our items are interconnected, so if we don't start the quote with the same item, then many options would be missing, and it makes things tougher for the team to know what other parts are available to add on.

I am not sure what to recommend here. If you want to set up a meeting with a support rep you can. Maybe if you explain how your inventory is set up we can help with how it can be cleaned up and can work

We have a lot more items missing now, like all of our disc jockey packages, Mechanical Bull, climbing wall, Bingo with a flashboard, and we are finding many more. I know this is really affecting our business. There has to be something else going on to affect so many items. Can I please get some help? Do I need to delete all accessories? Yikes, I didn't realize how bad and how long this has been going on.

Hello Jen. We appreciate the help in trying to figure this mess out. We believe the issues are REALLY affecting our traffic on the website. We've gone through some of the items to try and remove the loops, but the only solution we've found is to delete all of the accessories completely. That works, but complicates our job in the office needlessly to have to know every accessory that might be needed on a piece of equipment. Things get missed, clients get frustrated, and a bad reputation for our company is the result. This software is meant to be a help, not a hinderance, which is what it has become more and more lately. Not sure what changed in the software in the last year that has magnified these loops and destroyed our website, but we're really feeling the pinch.

Using the mechanical bull as an example. This item is not showing up at all on our webiste anymore and it's one of our top selling items. We think the loop is found with the generators and 25' and 50' cables. Sometimes a client will have necessary power, so the cables are necessary as an accessory. Sometimes the client needs a generator and so the cables are necessary on the generator. It's sort of a catch 22 on our end. Damned if we list them, damned in another direction if we don't.

Short of going through every single item in our inventory, is there anything we can do to stop this loop issue from happening? something changed 6-8 months ago to cause this. We honestly don't have the time or the resources to rebuild our entire inventory and website right now. Despite that, we'll keep trying to do what we can on our end and muddle through.

Try this go to your mechanical bull and remove the generator from the accessories and add the generator as an upsell item this may work better since they have the same accessories. You can leave all the other accessories, after you do that run a sync on your WordPress site so that you can see the changes. If you need assistance with this let me know. If this works that's how you need it to you can do the rest of the items that way.

Quick update: We worked on links most of the day yesterday, trying to clean some up. We worked on 3 main ones as a sort of experiment to see what would work. After the changes, we synced the site overnight and looked again today to see what worked: 1. Mechanical Bull--we move the generators to upsell. This did not work and the item is still not showing up on the site. 2. Temporary Tattoo Artist--this had nothing that should have conflicted, but we removed ALL accessories as an experiment. This is now showing up on the website. 3. Wedding Classic DJ--we moved some items that we suspected might have the loop issue. Nothing changed on that item; it is still not appearing.

Is there any way to see where the loop is occurring, or do we have to pick and choose each accessory at random and use a process of elimination to figure out what will make the page show up?

Several concerns we have for moving items to upsell instead of accessories is that it now falls on the salesperson to know every detail of ever option that might be necessary. The upsell shows up for the customers, but not for the salesperson. It's much more work to try and memorize every accessory that might be needed.

Also, we've noticed that on the pages that are working, there are so many accessories/upsells suggested at the bottom of the page that have nothing to do with the item, but are also duplicated over and over again, cluttering up the page horribly. It seemed to be an issue yesterday on nearly every page. I went today to get a screenshot and it appears it might not be an issue now? Perhaps the forced update fixed it, but we wanted to note it here so that there is a record if it happens again.

Another issue we found while searching for problems was the Cornhole Game link is going to the Foam Party page. We dug into the links on Elementor and it appears that it should be pointing to the right link, but it is still not working.

We'd appreciate any help in getting these issues fixed.

This means the 6' x 8' Front/Rear Projection Screen* 4:3 Non-widescreen has the Projector 3200 Lumen Short Throw as one of it's accessories...THEN the Projector 3200 Lumen Short Throw has the 6' x 8' Front/Rear Projection Screen* 4:3 Non-widescreen as one of it's accessories...this is causing the loop.

I don't see the Cornhole Game added to the "Foam Parties" category?

We appreciate the list that you sent, but that list is not all of the problems. Here are the items that are not showing up (they are not on your previous list sent).

Mechancial bull, Climbing Wall, Mini Train, Bingo w/Flashboard, cotton candy machine, sno cone machine, sand art 5 1/2", sand art 6 1/4", spin art machine, all disc jockey packages, foam cannon w/ operator, photo booth black, photo booth white, wacky kidzone wet (this shows up twice in the search on the website, one link works, the other doesn't), compact array system, concert sound system (both size listed), matrix PA system, medium concert band (both sizes listed), all LED video wall pages, all movie night packages.

As you can see, this is a MAJOR problem. Many of these items are our top producing items and people just see broken links.

As for the cornhole, it's not in the foam party category. I've taken a screenshot of the page when you search corn hole and click on it. It takes you to the foam party page, which has nothing to do with the corn hole game rental.

I can have a developer run an updated list of the looped items again and send them over...but with each of the ones sent it would be the same process. You would need to go to each one that has a broken link and go through the accessories and be sure this loop is fixed. Sorry, but there's no other way around it

I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand the cornhold issue...I see now. I am resyncing site and if it doesn't update I will let a developer know
