Instead of displaying a 'book now' button in the created WP product page, can that button be changed to 'get quote'.
Also I really need a larger image in that WP product page.

For images, the largest we support currently are 250x250. Go to InflatableOffice->Settings. Edit each rental item, and upload a new bigger picture for any item you need. It will get auto-resized to 250x250.
To modify the template that powers the product pages, go to the link below and see the section at the very bottom called Customization.

For your particular case:
1. Settings->Shortcoder (in wordpress)
2. click the button at the bottom called io_rental
3. find the code you want to change, and click save
