Hello!

Do generators need to be added as a stand alone inventory item in IO? Can they be added as an additional item to a rental that is necessary to power an inflatable without actually adding them as an accessory to a particular item?

Unless they are added as an accessory to the main item, they would need to be listed as a stand alone item.

Okay. I did end up adding a generator as an accessory. However, prior to adding a generator at all, a customer booked two inflatables online and paid the deposit. It turns out, they need a generator for at least one of them. I went into the lead to add a generator on the back end, but it attached to some of the inflatables and tried to add additional inflatables to their invoice. Is there an easier way in that circumstance?

Nick, did you figure this out? It sounds like you might have accidentally added some inflatables as accessories to the generator.
