An idea for a suggested feature is for when clients create their own quotes from a website and mark themselves as tax exempt. The system should default to making them upload their tax exemption form and/or number, rather than allowing the system to just accept the tax status.

We hide that field so they can't select it and just have a line that says to let us know if they need tax exampt.
