Drop off appearing as a Teardown

I am working with lead 74461353 and I am trying to place it on my delivery planner for a delivery. However, everytime I place it, I get a warning that the delivery is actually a tear down. When I go to print the delivery appears as teardown on the delivery planner

I see you have 2 shifts scheduled on Big Tex Trailer setup on 8/28/26 at 10:30 am and teardown on 8/30/26 at 4:45 pm for lead 74461353 and I can see them in their respective spots on the planner. What dates do you have applied on the planner when printing and seeing this issue? Can you show me an example where you are seeing this behavior?

I resolved it on our end. Our customer updated their delivery window nut that new time was not added i to IO. As a result, when we tried to add it to the delivery package for the new time, the delivery planner flipped the delivery to a tear down.
