Late Pick Up Fee Auto Populating in Coupon Form
Answered
Hey fam,
Have a look at this situation. Customer fills out a coupon (obvi, in exchange for their contact info) and I'm looking at the email with a late pick up fee auto populating. Wondering why.
2nd little issue - why do I have two exact emails. Did this customer receive this email? Twice? My personal thoughts: I think we received it twice, not the customer - but, why twice?
So, two quick issues:
1 - Why the auto late pick up fee on the coupon?
2 - Why the two emails...to me/us/the company?
3 - Did the customer receive an email at all?
PS: We're using Event Hawk in conjunction with I/O. I'll be fielding this question to them as well.

You received 2 email alerts because there are 2 different emails that it's supposed to send to, and the reason for the late pick up fee is because the end time is for 10:50 pm and it matches the filter that is place for the promo that you have set up.

I can't tell you how many times I looked at these emails and didn't recognize the difference between "sales" and "bounce". My goodness. The filter makes sense. Thank you for pointing out the obvious.

You are very welcome, I hope you have a great day!
