I would like for customers to select either overnight or 5pm same day pick up and allow organizations to select the actual event times. As of now i have to reach out and see if they want same day or overnight bc everyone puts 7am delivery and 8pm pickup and then i have to ask if 8-9:30am is a good time it just makes it a lot of work and then their contract dosent reflect the changes bc i would have to generate them for everyone to sign again... is there a plug in where 2 customers can select a 3 hr window for drop off or a general 7-11am delivery window unless otherwise specified? I dont want to have to constantly text every person

This really isn't a possibility, unless you want to set up optional fields. Your cart is already displaying the message of what you expect. If you want specific delivery times you can set this up in the Delivery Preferences.

It seems like the current system already provides some options through Delivery Preferences, but having more flexible time slot selections could make the process much easier for both customers and organizations. A dedicated plugin or feature for customizable delivery windows would be a useful improvement, especially for businesses managing many orders and schedules. wheelie life
