I'm trying to create a filter to capture leads if either condition is true. The second condition requires the lead event date to be in any one of 6 months. But because all 6 months are in the same value, the filter doesn't recognize it. How can I get the second condition to work with multiple months

I would recommend listing the second condition first and creating 2 groups for the condition like this:
This configuration is yielding 5 results which appears to be correct.
