I don't know what happened but every single employee was removed from their shifts forever in the past too. All the shifts still seem to be on the route planner but none of them are assigned to employees

Are you able to refresh your page and let us know if you are still seeing employees removed from shifts? I looked at a few different days on the planner and am seeing employees assigned to shifts. I am also seeing employees assigned to shifts in Settings-->Shifts.

If you are still not seeing the workers/employees, can you provide a date and screenshot example? We can have our developers take a look.

Update. Shifts are showing on the route planner. But no one can access the workers site. They try going to rental.software/workers and accessing it in the app. Nothing loads.

It takes a couple minutes but it did eventually load...I have a dev taking a look

We found that the employees and their shift assignments had not been removed. The Worker Site calendar was taking an unusually long time to process the month’s shift information, which caused the browser and app to appear frozen or non-responsive.

We’ve applied a fix to improve the calendar’s loading time. In our test using the ChadBurkholder worker account, the calendar now loads in approximately 3 seconds instead of about a minute and a half.

Please refresh the page or fully close and reopen the app before trying again. If a specific employee or date still shows an incorrect assignment, please send us that example so we can investigate it separately.
