Lead not going to "confirmed" status

I had this happen twice so far, a client signs and pays in full, i get the notifications, but the order doesn't move to the pink color " confirmed". it stays as contract sent. Please look at 1166875 for reference.

This is a known bug with our surcharges that will be fixed with our next release. Sorry for the inconvience. It was just discovered recently.
