Is there a way to have a certain item affect a contract line?
For example, we rent out generators, and we would like the line item that counts up all of the electrics to be nullified if a generator is listed on their contract. Is this something we can edit to happen automatically?

It is not possible to have the electric count be adjusted like this. You could add a note to the contract page advising if they are renting a generator the electrics for these items are not necessary.
