I tried to tell a customer it'd take <10min but everything after and including the < in the message wasn't included in the text.

Do you have an example from the text log we can take a look at?

If you could advise method of sending (email, phone bar, etc.), exact text content sent, any relevant error message (or lack of). Thank you

I don't remember what the original message was sent through. But turns out that "<" by itself is ok. But <10 is a different story. It still works when sent via email-to-text, as well as the phone bar, but the IO Workers app on iOS has an issue that I was able to just reproduce.

On the iOS IO Workers app, texts including < with anything immediately following (like an HTML tag) breaks the message. <1, <2, <text, etc.
