When logged in as Jessezegar, some leads are not able to be moved into some trucks. It is very strange.
This is only happening on the user account Jessezegar. We have not been able to replicate this one the three other accounts we have tried.

We are going to have our developers take a look. I was not able to replicate this when logged into Jesse's profile but we can see what the developers advise.
