outbound emails not syncing to IO CRM

Every lead I go into, I look at the CRM and don't see any of my outbound emails being listed. Do I have a setting wrong? I can't tell which if it is.

Is it only recent emails you are not seeing? Are these emails being sent from the company email or the email listed on your worker profile?

Do you have any lead examples were an email was sent but is not displaying as in the CRM?

I only recently noticed bc I started working with leads but it seems to have been awhile. It's the company email. Look at any lead that's in the contract expired status..

I see an outbound email was sent to lead 69528437 on 6/29 in the CRM from your company email.

Interesting. I waited a couple days for them to show before making a ticket. Went to a different one that didn't have one there and it's there now. Guess it just took contacting you. Thank you.
