Hi,

We have an automated text to go out to customers with their delivery time. We noticed it wasn't going out to one of the Lead Statuses - Confirm GD.

If I add that status, is this the correct way to do it?

Do the field names need to be rearranged so the Status ones are together?

Instead of equals I would use "contains" confirmed that way it would send to confirmed and confirmed gd

Good point BUT we also have a 'confirm PU' status that is for pickups so we wouldn't be sending them a text.

Then you would want to use equals and add both of the confirms you want to match

and does it matter the order of the field names matter? Like should it be Lead Status OR Lead Status AND Lead Start Time - in that order? Or does the order not matter?

Order won't matter but I would group the statuses together and then the lead start time separately

That looks good! And then to test out I always run the filter on the leads page....it's a good way to be sure that the filter is actually making sense. You can be sure the leads that show are what you would expect

Uh oh- It's only showing the Confirm GD status, not the Confirmed status.

and it's showing leads further than 18 hours ahead for Lead Setup Start time...

Its working correctly now, not sure why it was showing those that were over 24 hours out still for you. Its good now
