Is there a way to get the Notes within shifts to appear ANYWHERE to the Worker?? I had notes regarding shift location or position details and none have been seen in App/Worker Site under the shift or by email.
Is this a permission, setting?

The shift notes variable (*shiftnotes*) only works on worker email templates. You can add this to the email template "Worker - Scheduled Shift" for example and the shift notes would show. You could also make a copy of a worker email template and edit it with the info you do you want to show including the shift notes and it should work.
