Reminder for Balance Email

Good Evening,

I had two clients try to pay online for the balance owed on the reminder email and there is no where for them to pay. Today is the first day with this issue. Please assist with how to correct.

Lead #'s or customer names?

It looks like you have "Allow Deposit Payments Only" turned on in Settings-->Payment Preferences. If you would like the customer to pay the balance, you would want this setting turned off.
