Calendar! Past Events Have Disappeared!

Events are being removed from my Google Calendar once they change to “Complete”. I have never had this issue until this past week or two. I need to see past events on my calendar for admin/logistics.


For context, May and prior month events still show in my calendar.


I checked all the typical areas: Google Calendar settings, lead status settings, etc.


The only major tweaks I made were to Workers.


I’ve now exhausted my troubleshooting capabilities.


Can you please advise?

Are you unable to see all Complete status leads on your Google Calendar or only leas that were changed to Complete within the last week or two?

What changes were made to Workers?

Only leads that were changed to Complete within the last week or two. I added workers, trainings, etc. Nothing that should effect the lead status or calendar.

Our developers did find that the Complete status was updated on May 25th. The “Reserve Equipment for Leads in this Status” option was turned off. This had the effect of causing the events to be removed from the calendar once the status changed to completed and any items were in conflict.

Are you able to advise why this has been updated? Our developers believe this could cause other unintended issues as well.

There’s another issue with the calendar. I have Cancelled Events still showing. The cancelled lead status has all calendar sections unchecked.

Are all of your cancelled events showing on the calendar? Can you please provide lead examples?
