Delivery Planner not saving shift changes

Whenever I go to create a shift or edit an existing shift on the delivery planner, I make sure to save all my changes and switch pages to make sure it's set. However it doesn't stay saved for long and erases all my edits I've made to existing shifts or erases the shifts I create. How do I stop it from doing this?

We just went through troubleshooting this with IO. There are a ton of different reasons ours did that. But no longer do so. In the meantime, create a video and post it here so they can see your issue in real time and have a better chance of fixing it.

Like Chad mentioned if you could get us video example of your process and you making a route that will help us to better identify where the issue lies that you are having.

Here is a screen recording of the process! I do this with all shifts, but it erases that progress after a few mintutes or hours when I come back to it.

Looks like you are doing everything correct we do recommend you also press that little green arrow/refresh button before you choose the worker. That is what refreshes the worker list.

Oh you're on the legacy one. There should be no issues with that one. My guess is you are not a signing positions to people or the people you're trying to assign the shift to does not have that position assigned to them.
