Hello! We are in the process of setting up our 3rd location as a venue. (GNS Creative Studios)
We are trying to modify the contract page so that it reflects these term...
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. If your event is scheduled more than 90 days out, at least 50% of your balance must be paid 60 days after your initial booking date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
Are you able to help with this? Does IO have a payment plan or schedule that could automatically? Thank you!

There would not be a way to make the required deposit be 50% of the total if the event is more than 90 days out but you can add a fee of some sort to leads more than 90 days out. In that case though, the $500 deposit would still be required. Let me know if you would like to add a fee for leads more than 90 days out and I can walk you through that process!
To set a $500 required deposit, go to Settings-->Payment Preferences and select the new location. You will then see a required deposit box where you can set this!
