Product Sync Delay Issue

We are experiencing a significant delay in product synchronization to WordPress.

Previously, the sync process used to take approximately 5–10 minutes, but currently it is taking around 45–50 minutes to complete.

This increase in processing time is affecting our workflow and causing delays in updates.

That amount of time seems normal for your amount of inventory. Although, you shouldn't need to begin a full sync for each change. Whenever an item is updated it should begin updating it's item page some time after without needing the entire website to sync.

We understand that sync time can depend on the amount of inventory. However, earlier the same setup and inventory size were syncing within 5–10 minutes, whereas now it is consistently taking 45–50 minutes.

Since there hasn’t been a significant change in the number of products or structure from our side, this increase in sync time seems unusual.

Also, we are aware that individual product updates should sync automatically without requiring a full sync. However, the delay we are experiencing is during the full sync process, which was previously much faster.

You've upgraded the inventory limit a few times, and it may be catching up each time. Typically what takes longest is updating images, or uploading brand new ones. If you're making changes like that, the image checking in the sync can add quite a bit of time to process.

If you're still consistently seeing longer syncs without making image changes, or adding new inventory then you can let me know as well.
