If I manually add bookings through leads that already paid, can I keep them in contracted status to keep the date/inflatable booked? or it needs to be In confirmed status ?

Looks like your Contract status is reserving equipment so if the customer does stay in contracted the items will be held for their date and not be able to be booked by another customer. However the statuses are setup so that when the customer pays deposit and signs contract it will automatically move into Confirmed.

ok so I can keep everything the way it is.
once its the day of the event can I manually go in and complete the booking correct? because those bookings were booked prior to the website being up

It would move to complete once the event end time is over on it's own but you can manually move it if needed.
