How do I get the reviews in the back office to show up on the website?

the Joel A. is the one from IO that automatically was given to us when we signed up and it is showing on the website but the real person Melissa is in the back office but not out on the web. How do I get it to show up there? The only ones showing are all old ones except for the 2023 Joel A (which is from April when we signed up with IO)

For IO reviews to display you will need to go into the review in Settings--Reviews and make the ones you want to display active.

I made it active. How long before it shows up on the website? Do I manually have to do this with each review? I thought if it was 4-5 stars it automatically posts. Anything less then it doesn't post automatically.

Cindy it looks like the review you made active is now showing. Any IO review you want to display will need to be made active manually each time.
