Customers are stating that they do not receive confirmation of their booking. I do ask them to check their spam folders as well, and they all say that they check that also before they called me.

The most recent booking Kaitlyn Reynolds but I hear it all the time from customers and I end up just sending them a screen shot of their booking. The email they are not receiving is the one when they booking a confirmation email.

You would have to manually create an automation to send out this email. I have created a filter for you called "confirmation email" and you can use this filter to set up an automation.

First you will need to go to Settings-->Email Center and add a manual email template containing the body and subject for the email. Once you create the email, go to Settings-->Automations-->Click "Add Automation". Use the filter I created then for the action select email and the email template you created to go our once per lead. Check the active box to turn this automation on then we will get an email to approve it. Once it is approved this will start going out to customers once they are moved to the confirmed status.

Ok so just to confirm once a customer pays for a rental they have never received any Type of confirmation by email or text? Because I swore I was told they do and to tell the customer to keep an eye on their spam folders because it would go there in some cases.

There is a payments received email and deposit received email maybe that is what you are referring to. If you go to Settings-->Email Center you can look through the auto emails and make sure you have the correct ones turned on.

It looks like your email is not properly linked under Settings-->Email Preferences. Go here and click the "grant gmail permission" button. This will prompt you to log into your Gmail. When you are linking it you will see an box that asks if you'd like to allow IO to send emails on your behalf, which you will need to make sure you allow this. The screenshot below shows you what that will look like. Once you link your Gmail your emails should start sending out again.

Customer invoice should be automatic correct? It only has manual and newsletter as a choose. How do I change to auto?

No the customer invoice is going to be a manual template.

It still looks like you have not linked your email under Settings-->Email Center. Go here and click the "grant gmail permission" link (you will not manually enter your email and email password, you must click the "grant gmail permission" link"). This will prompt you to log into your Gmail. When you are linking it you will see an box that asks if you'd like to allow IO to send emails on your behalf, which you will need to make sure you allow this. The screenshot below shows you what that will look like. Once you link your Gmail your emails should start sending out again.
