Damage waiver not showing to customer

the damage waiver check box shows in the lead in the back office but it is not showing as something for the customer to check in the quote request or book page. What do I need to do to get it to show to the customer?

I got the it to show in the quote but it is just the Accidental Damage Waiver words and a checkbox that is prechecked (I don't want it prechecked). None of the description showed up but it is in the code but it stayed green and not white like it should if it shows to the customer

Well I thought I had it working. It looked good on the Checkout page but when the customer requested a quote it hung up on processing. I had to unchecked the field and filter and then manually remove the code from the WPCheckout page to get the system to not hang up "processing" when the customer requested a quote.

I added this back to your checkout page. Did you have verbage that you wanted to add to this?

yes had verbage in there but it did not show up so I had to do some coding to physically add it to the page but then it messed up the checkout page and left it in "PROCESSING" so I unchecked it from beng on the page. Now the verbage isn't even in the TERMS TO DISPLAY any longer.

Do you want to add the Accidental Damage Waiver (7%)? Covers unintentional, accidental damage during normal use only. DOES NOT COVER intentional or negligent damage, theft, prohibited substances such as, but not limited to - silly string, gum, paint, face paint, markers or pen, or damage from sharp objects such that can cause cuts, slices, punctures (from animals, clothing, or shoes), fire-related damage (fireworks, firepits, or cigarettes), or any damage that occurs if the unit is moved — MOVING THE UNIT VOIDS THE DAMAGE WAIVER* This waiver is not insurance.

I have this added back on for you.

it shows up but does not calculate or add the 7%.

When the Quote comes into us, the Lead in the back office does not have the box checked for the Accidiental Damage waiver either. And even if I manually check it in the lead it still does not add the 7 %.

And if I manually add it to the lead with that check box. It doesn't add anything.

it's adding when you click the box, but it looks like you possibly removed it from the check out page, I will readd it.
