My guess is that you need a rental loop, and you can't put code in text to build the loops.

The *rentals* variable works fine, but I suppose it could avoid the rentals loop issue if it's just a string? Whereas perhaps *rental_dims* is more of an array so it can't be parsed correctly without a rentals loop?

I know more vocab than I know mechanics--not sure if I"m way off here.

You're exactly right. Anything outside of the first box of variables (lead variables) requires an array to show multiples (fees and rental info)
