variable pricing

I have a game called Bop It! that I want to charge $250 for the first 2 hours or $400 for up to 4 hours. And then if they want it longer, add $100 for every 2 hour increment. Did I set this up correctly?

But it shows on the website as $1400 per day!!! How do I get it to show a price when it goes into the item based on the number of hours they want it?

Also another mystery... I can see it on the website. I can see it in Inventory. But when I am in a lead and try to add it, it does not show on the left hand side at all. It is marked in the item to show everywhere.

TIA!

Yes you did set this price up correctly!

Your website is set to show the per day price by default if the date/time is not set in the cart. We can edit this to show the 2 hour and 4 hour price when the date/time is not set if you'd like just let me know!

I am seeing this on the leads page as shown below. Could you show me what you are seeing?

Under the pricing in Wordpress you can do an override for this item and show the pricing for 4 hours instead of all day.

When I go to Interactive inflatable games when entering a lead the Bop It! rental does show for me

When I go into Wordpress the pricing seems to be only for the entire website. Inflatables are by the day but anything with electronics is based on the number of hours. I do not see an option to only change the display for BopIt to hours. But when you can show me where to find that setting just for that item, to display hours instead of day, and I start off with the lowest rental fee of $250, that is for 2 hours and it is not $250 an hour so how do i keep that clear to the customer? Can the pricing say "from $250" just like it does on the category page? and then have a statement that the actual price will be based on the event times?

You can add your override here for this item

Yes that is the correct times for the lead. And BopIt wasn’t showing (wish I would have screen shot it before I left for supper) but it was showing and added it to the cart with the correct 4 hour price.

So yes on the changing the inventory item to be the $250 and or $400 on the page and not the $1400!  I can go into the description and add language saying the price may change based on the number of hours needed.

Thank you.
