Customers Receiving Someone Will Contact You Message Instead of Booking Online

Hello,


I have a few customers who are unable to complete their booking online. When they click to book, they receive a notification stating that someone will contact them instead.


The orders are within our rental hours and are still several days away, so I’m not sure what is causing the issue.


One example is Order #65885013.


Could you please help me identify what setting or restriction may be preventing these customers from booking online?

The end hour of the lead is 9pm and you have the end time set here to 8:30pm

Thank you for clarifying.


That makes sense for this particular order. I will review my rental hour settings.


However, I believe we have had a few customers receive the same message. Is there a specific setting or report where I can easily identify what restriction is preventing online booking when this occurs?

Yes, you will get an alert email stating why they were not able to book. In this case go to Settings-->Online booking if you wanted to adjust these times or you also can change lead status to contracted and email this customer the contract and they would be able to book this even even though it goes past the 8:30 event time restriction.
