i want my workers to be able to claim back-to-back shifts

I sometimes schedule shifts back-to-back, that is one may go from 9-11am and another 11am-1pm. When I do this my workers can't claim both shifts, but I want them to be able to do so. Help?! Thanks.

Yes, I tried to sign up myself, David Nilson, for the 7:30am-9:45am shift for the Mindi Gordon event tomorrow, and I tried to sign up for the 9:45am-11am Jess Jewett shift, and after claiming the first one I couldn't claim the second.

I was merely experimenting with my worker profile to see if this were possible, as I intend for it to be. I am not signed up for either, but I attempted to sign up for both, and after claiming the first shift I couldn't claim the second. I subsequently removed myself from the shift as I intend it for my workers not myself.
Would claiming one of those shifts and leaving myself signed up for it actually help you determine why I and my workers cannot claim back-to-back shifts such as these? If so, I will gladly re-claim it asap.

Yes I was trying this on my test account and was able to do this from my workers site calendar. There's not necessarily any settings that would keep your workers from being able to signing up from these shifts as long as they were available
