Long save times, Leads not saving

We have been experiencing longer than normal save times, sometimes upwards of 45 seconds to a minute. This is with autosave on. First noticed this a couple weeks ago. Our internet speeds are fast, this is happening on multiple computers. Sometimes the lead won't save at all.

How do we fix this?

Would you be able to get us a video of the issue while it's happening? Is this for all leads or only some? Does this also happen when using incognito window? What browsers are you using?

It is on all confirmed statuses (deposit and contract requirments met), quote status leads and contracted status leads don't seem to be affected.

 Does not matter what is being done on the lead it is close to 1 minute today to "save and close" when doing simple tasks like clicking an optional field check box. Autosave isn't working either.

I'm using google chrome, updated to most recent version. Internet Explorer is the same. Incognito is the same. All browsing data, cookies etc have been cleared with no success.

We had this same issue in May 2024. I looked back at the support ticket and was not able to gather a solution but I remember there was something that fixed the issue.

Videos have been sent via phone. Want to add- tried going to just a contracted (not confirmed) order, made no changes, hit save, and still having the same issue of it taking 30+ seconds to show the "green Lead saved bar".

We have our developers looking into this further and will advise when we have an update.

Developer made some improvements in this area and are continuing to optimize our lead saving code – more improvements should land soon.
