customer had issue online ordering so called and I am getting code "generic decline". Few issues lately with processing cards. please help

Generic declines are due to the card information possibly not being correct. I would reach out and confirm with the customer that you have the correct card/billing information.

I did read everythin back. card number, xp date, cvv, zip, name. Is there anything specific that might be causing it, like a middle initial or different address?

If you have confirmed that the information is correct, the customer may need to reach out to their bank as the bank may have stopped the payment from going through.
