descrepencies in lead volunteer and staff count
Not a urgent matter but still trying to get IO figured out and all the little things it keeps track of.
I have a big event with multiple obstacle courses and a couple of them are multi piece units that can either be rented separately or together (with a price break when renting all 3 pieces versus just 1 or 2 of the set). I made sure that the combined pieces have 0 for staff, volunteers, electric so those counts do not duplicate as the individual pieces have those numbers in them already which made my electric count correct but the staff and volunteer numbers are not matching in the count in the lead. I've been through each item and each muli piece listing to make sure the numbers match everywhere but the Volunteers in the lead is showing 18 and the staff is showing 17.
I can't figure out why the numbers don't match. So I created a report to see what numbers it would show. But that made it even more confusing as the report show ZERO Volunteers and only 15 staff. I added circuits (there was no *electric* as a drop down choice so I used circuits) as a column just to see if it would be reliable but tells me I only need 1 circuit for the entire event when I really need 11.
So now I have 2 problems - non matching numbers in the lead AND a report that does not work as expected. Anyone have any idea what to do to get reliable counts?

On the lead, you may expand the section where it shows the staff count and see if a number is occupying the field. If it is, delete it and see if the count is correct. We have issues with that sometimes and when we delete the ghost occupant (the count no one manually put in) the autocalculated qty is correct. Just a thought.

What lead isn't calculating correct staffing numbers?
