Page not found error
Solved
When a PO is signed, it redirects to a page that is not found. Everything still works, but it is confusing to the vendor.

I'm sure someone has already noticed it, but this is the part of the URL that is the problem. I have no idea where that is coming from. Chad Burkholder's is functioning properly, so this appears to be an issue with my account.
