Pictures cannot be uploaded to the contract only the quote page.

any other way to have a customer upload a picture after they actually do go ahead and book? I can't blame people for not wanting to upload their drivers license in the quote stage as they might not go ahead and book so why give a company your drivers license if you don't book.

I'm also looking into where in the lead I can add links to upload event photos from us. Do you want me to start another topic for this question? Maybe I can have the customer text us a picture of their DL and we can put it in behind the scenes in the lead page.

We use a custom survey with a link to send an email. It's not perfect, but it gets pretty close

Corey, ... once they book you send them another email asking them to send a picture of their DL?

We don't require an ID, but we do ask for a map or layout. I used HTML to pre-draft an email with a Subject line "Layout for %leadid%". It's not perfect, but it gets the info to us if they choose to use it

trying to prevent charge backs from people using stolen credit cards. If they book close to event date and use a card, (and it turns out to be stolen), we don't find out until 2 weeks later when the real owner disputes the charge so thinking of requiring photo ID for credit card usage for private rentals. Also same reason for fraudulent checks or even cash. Had a box store rental in my town deliver to a house and when they came back to pick it up, it was gone and the owners of the house said they didn't rent a bounce. Just trying to ward off theft of services or actual theft.
